Quite frankly the game is really badly maintained. However, there was only one time it would happen, 5pm PST. For instance, the recent Halloween event was approaching and their ingame and email communication stated there would be a 'Halloween Party' Written in the worst text language I have ever seen, I have never seen children write like that, ever , and there would be 'sapphires and prizes'. I also had big issues trying to get membership to work on the website when i first signed up and it took 3 weeks to finally be able to do it. And that's not even mentioning the kids who couldn't attend because of the time or, according to posts I read on Facebook, parents who tried to log in for the party and couldn't as the servers registered as down due to there being so many people online for the 'party'. I have never known a child's game to only hold events in one timezone and the hype they created about this pathetic event was extremely unfair for the kids.
